Shipping policy

Most orders are shipped within 24 to 72 hours of you placing the order using DHL eCommerce, USPS or ePacket depending on your location and fastest available service. Typical delivery time frame is between 10 to 28 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier.

All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

Free Shipping is available to the US after a minimum order of $59 for all items.
Free Shipping is available to Canada and the United Kingdom after a minimum order of $85 excluding all Personalized items and some Merch items. Personalized items include these: https://www.thesimplemerchant.com/collections/personalized.

Personalized / Merch /  Custom Products typically need 1 - 5 Business Days for production.

Canada – 7-14 days
Australia – 8-20 days

ROW – 10-25 days
